Welcome to Waxxed Out! By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following policies and terms. These guidelines ensure fairness, professionalism, and the best possible experience for all of our clients.

1. Booking & Card on File

• All appointments require a valid card on file to secure your reservation.

• Your card will not be charged at booking unless a deposit is required for select services.

• By booking, you authorize Waxxed Out to charge your card in accordance with these policies.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

• No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $25 fee charged to the card on file.

• Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be considered a no-show and charged accordingly.

• Repeat offenders (3 no-shows) may lose booking privileges.

3. Refunds

• Service fees are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please let us know before leaving the studio so we can address concerns.

• Deposits are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future service if proper notice is given.

• Retail product sales are final for hygiene and safety reasons.

4. Client Conduct & Studio Etiquette

• We reserve the right to refuse service for inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior.

• Children are to be supervised at all times while in the studio.

• Please arrive clean and prepared for your appointment (e.g., freshly showered, no heavy lotions or oils on skin).

5. Health & Safety

• If you are sick, have skin infections, or are on medications that affect skin sensitivity (e.g., Accutane, Retin-A), please reschedule your appointment.

• Inform your wax specialist of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or health conditions prior to service.

• Waxxed Out follows strict sanitation practices for the safety of clients and staff.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

• Your personal information and card details are stored securely through Acuity Scheduling and our payment processor (Stripe/Square/PayPal).

• We will never sell or share your personal data.

7. Policy Updates

• Waxxed Out reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• The most current version will always be posted on our website.

8. Filming Consent

• At Waxxed Out, we occasionally capture short clips of waxing services to use as educational or promotional content on our social media platforms. Your privacy is our priority. Unless we have your written permission, we will never show your name, face, or any personally identifying details. Filming is focused only on the service area to demonstrate technique and results. You may decline filming at any time with no impact on your service.

9. Underage Waxing Policy

• We provide waxing services to clients 13–17 with parent/legal guardian consent.

• Ages 13–15: Brows, face, arms, legs, underarms only.

• Ages 16–17: Bikini line allowed. Brazilian waxing only if a parent/guardian is present at the start of the service.

• Parent/guardian must remain on-site for the entire appointment and sign our Minor Consent Form.

• Waxxed Out may refuse service if consent cannot be verified, guardian is not present, or the minor is uncomfortable.
